Rules

• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
• This a no-smoking property
• Small, short-haired dogs allowed
• Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
• All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.

Deposit and Payment Policies

To secure the booking, a partial payment of 20% of the quote, is due within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book

Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of €100.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.

Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager’s sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
